CREATOR RIGHTS & ACCOUNT RECOVERY
When Meta withheld creator earnings and restricted the communities I had spent years building, I took the case to court. On January 9, 2026, the Kyrene Justice Court entered judgment for De’Leioun Jackson in case CC2025-235128SC.
Meta filed a motion to vacate the judgment and challenge the earnings result. The judgment stood. Meta paid $5,040.50 following the garnishment process, and the accounts it had previously restricted returned to green status and began earning again.
That experience became the foundation for the Creator Recovery System—real guidance built from fighting withheld earnings, restrictions and account disruption firsthand.
MEET THE FOUNDER
I did not learn this by watching somebody else build pages. I learned it by building my own career first. As Ponce De’Leioun, I toured the United States and United Kingdom, became the first artist from West Virginia to accomplish many of those milestones, and placed music in NBA 2K, film and television.
I was also the first rapper signed as a Swisher International Sounds Ambassador and represented the company for six years, from 2016 through 2021. Working with one of the country’s largest tobacco companies taught me how major brands connect culture, creators, live events and audience attention.
I took that experience into digital marketing and content monetization. I have completely revived pages that were sitting idle, recovered communities creators thought they had lost, rebuilt the programming and turned those pages into income-generating digital properties. Critical Content now manages more than 100 accounts and 200 pages connected to over 30 million followers.
This is not theory. I use the same methods on my own pages, our client pages and CriticalContent.info. I know what it feels like to create the content, fight for the page, study the numbers and make the property pay.
